Aesica Appoints New European Manager

Aesica Pharmaceuticals has announced the appointment of Nicolas Micheaud as Regional Sales Manager – Western Europe, to promote the full range of Aesica contract development and manufacturing services.

Thirty-three year old Nicolas has ten years experience in the pharmaceutical industry working with companies to develop their businesses globally across Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Starting his career at SPI Pharma in France as a Product Manager and Sales Manager, Nicolas increased sales by 15 per cent.  He then joined Goldshield working with Northern European and UK based customers before joining Cenexi as Business Developer, developing new business streams and orders worth €30million.

Nicolas said of his new appointment: “I am very excited to be joining Aesica at this time, as it is a rapidly growing company aiming to be the world’s leading supplier of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and Formulated Products. I have a wealth of experience in driving businesses forward and increasing sales, so am looking forward to this new challenge.”

Nicolas will be based in France, and work closely with each of Aesica’s three business units: API, R5, Formulation Development and Formulated Products.
