Lisa joined Consort Medical plc in August 2008 as Director of Group Human Resources responsible for the HR function and developing the people strategy and solutions to drive and support business success. Lisa has over 20 years experience in a wide variety of businesses, most recently as Vice President, HR for UCB Pharma, previously Celltech plc.
