John Slater

Company Secretary and General Counsel 

John Slater was appointed Group General Counsel and Company Secretary in November 2009. A solicitor, John joined the company from Vernalis plc where for five years he served latterly as Chief Operating Officer and previously as General Counsel and Company Secretary. Prior to Vernalis he was, for 15 years, General Counsel and Company Secretary at Celltech Group plc. Before Celltech he held legal and commercial roles in a number of high technology multi-national companies.
